Many of us spend large amounts of time and money trying to find out how to get rid of fat and shed some extra pounds. For example, eating one cup of cooked pasta instead of two cups would result in a smaller overall portion size for an entire meal. A good way to decrease the portion size of meals is to eat on smaller plates and to eat more servings of vegetables and less servings of meat and starchy carbs like rice and pasta.
